I would like to be Strange, please!

Okay, well, I'm pretty strange already, but you know what I mean.

I put in an excessive number of coughs, breaths, etc as indicated in the text - just use whichever ones suit best!
Thanks, Beth! I’m glad you seem to be feeling better. These are all PL OK.

Thanks, Brad! I knew you'd do those insults justice! Just a couple of things to fix.

Acts 1, 3, & 5 PL OK

Act 2
00.30 "Where all is smooth, and no rub checks our course." I hear 'cheeks', when it should be 'checks'.

Act 4
02.20 "Wherein she dipp'd the ruff about his neck". I head 'dripped', when it should be 'dipped'.

Here are my corrections. On both of these, it's clear I wasn't concentrating as I read originally, since neither made sense the way I read them!

I am posting after a quiet month to bump this up the thread and alert people that there are two male roles left. It would be great to get this in the catalogue by the end of the year if possible!

31 Captain Pouts Act 5 Open

Thanks,

Thanks a lot, Adrian. He's a swaggering swashbuckler and possibly the best part in the whole play: I'm surprised it remained unclaimed this long! Have fun!

Thank you Rob. Sonia tells me I have to get in touch with my caring compassionate side. This will give me a perfect opportunity.

Hello Rob,
Here you are, ready for PL
act 1 @ 3:53 https://librivox.org/uploads/maryannspiegel/weathercock_captainpouts_1.mp3
act 2 @ 0:33 https://librivox.org/uploads/maryannspiegel/weathercock_captainpouts_2.mp3
act 3 @ 1:36 https://librivox.org/uploads/maryannspiegel/weathercock_captainpouts_3.mp3
act 4 @ 2:43 https://librivox.org/uploads/maryannspiegel/weathercock_captainpouts_4.mp3
act 5 @ 2:10 https://librivox.org/uploads/maryannspiegel/weathercock_captainpouts_5.mp3

Had a fair bit of fun with that, but struggled to bring out the caring compassionate angle.

Best,
Adrian
