Hi Chuck...

Many, many apologies for the time it's taken for me to get around to prooflistening section 30. The reading itself is great, but the 'house style' for LibriVox is to limit the silence before you start reading to 0.5-1s. If you could chop off a little over a second at the start and re-upload it, that would be brilliant.

Thanks,
Paul

Thank you Paul, welcome back!
Wow, I quite dropped the ball on filling in for you, eh?
Sorry for the wait, Chuck!

May I please try Section 31? This would be my first reading and would appreciate it if you just list as MarkE.

Fortunately, it seems to have been a very quiet period while I've been away. I wish I could say the same for the day job...

Hi Mark, welcome to LibriVox! :birthday:

Yes, you most definitely may! I see you have already posted your 1-minute test, great  I would recommend waiting for feedback on that before jumping in to this recording (who knows, you might need to change recording settings that would otherwise require you to redo your work...) I'll try to have a listen to it myself if no one beats me to it, but first I need some sleep

For the rest, please make sure to read the info in the first post, particularly about the introduction/ending of the file; and if you have any questions, ask away! :D

Happy recording!

Cheers,
Foon

I've taken a listen - comments in the other thread.

Cheers,
