I think you may have some difficulty here with this source. I don't know all the rules, but it gets a little sticky when a source is not from Project Gutenberg or where one can see an actual scan of the work in question on archive.org (for instance.)

Do you know, as an example of the issues here, when the translation was done and first published? Translations, even of works in the public domain, must be in the public domain themselves for LibriVox.

Let's hope an admin can arrive and make everything clear.
