Section 8 notes:
08:28 "As to this class there have been doubts" sounds like "as to this case..."
16:10 "and necessarily the members" sounds like "and NOT necessarily the members" (extra word)
18:35 "continued to act under their charters from the Crown" I hear "...under their charters for the Crown"
20:59 "and within that time paid a State or county tax" I hear "and WITH that time paid..."
25:57 need "end of quote"
29:10 "duty of the States" I hear "duty of the UNITED States" (extra word)

For Kevin, section 20:
A couple of corrections still remain needed-
9:37 "moot" I hear "mute"
10:10 "moot" same as above
(because of added material, the time frame for this is now between 10:00 and 11:00)
Moot (like what a cow says plus T) is different from mute (myoot) and since calling the case mute changes essential meaning, it's important to pronounce this correctly. If it was just an "off" pronunciation that didn't change the meaning of the sentence, I would not be insistent but in this case the change is necessary.
Thanks!

Section 28 PL Notes:
00:25 - Please include the "Please note:" section from the intro after the name of the decision (text in first post on this thread)
15:10 - You don't need to read the footnote number here. Just say "footnote" then read the footnote text (as you have currently included at the end of the piece), then say "end of footnote" and return to reading the main text.
16:02 - "Footnote 3" -- same as above
16:47 - "Footnote 4" -- same as above
20:03 - "Footnote 5" -- same as above
22:02 and after - Please read the footnote text at the point that the footnote notation appears in the text.

Oh, boy! I do know the difference and cannot explain why I haven't addressed the problem.ColleenMc wrote: ↑September 9th, 2019, 10:04 am For Kevin, section 20:

This is sheer lazy reading on my part, things I don't recognize in the editing. Apologies. And thanks!ColleenMc wrote: ↑September 9th, 2019, 9:37 am Section 8 notes:

Section 28 corrections made-
Thanks Colleen for the help on the footnotes, I wasn't sure where they needed to go so I just recorded them at the end, made it easy to fix
