Mrs Melmoth! I recorded this a while ago, so I still sound a bit hoarse. If you want me to redo it I can do that in a couple of weeks.

(Just a side comment, on listening back, I said at one point "he is so far from returning your infection..." and had to check the text to find it was supposed to be "he is so far from returning your affection!" I thought it was amusing, but didn't leave it in...

 that would certainly have changed the meaning!

I’m sure you won’t sound too hoarse :)

PL Notes for Emily Montague Section 6:

0:33 heard “even had been” text says “even had he been”
2:48 heard “I will not talk to him” text says “I will not talk of him”
3:05 heard “of owing it” text says “of owning it”
4:58 heard “affection” text says “affectation”

I’m sorry for such a long delay in PLing. Great reading as always!

elsieselwyn wrote: July 9th, 2019, 8:13 am Just a few PL notes for William Fermor for section 7, Kevin:

@5:25 I heard "a spirit of national" and the text says "a spirit of rational"

@13:02 I heard "whatever it prevails" and the text says "wherever it prevails"

@14:59 I heard "and not a long age" and the text says "and a long old age"
I can't believe I overlooked this! I'l fix it now. (Note to self: Must find the file!)

thank you for notifying us, Luke. Elsie seems to be busy these days too, so I will update the MW for now. Your part will be reopened again.

@Kevin, are you ok with the DPL position here still ? I see many sections have been waiting for feedback for quite some time already. Need any help ?

Sonia
I will be on vacation from Wednesday 27 March till Sunday 14 April
and unable to PL during that time. Thank you for your patience.

I'll get to work straight away. To be honest, I wasn't certain what was to be done, but I'll just start PLing everything that's here that isn't mine.

I'm on it!
