heyho,

claimslist: https://librivox.org/fifty-years-a-detective-35-real-detective-stories-by-thomas-furlong/

cover files: https://librivox.org/uploads/covers/50yadetective.zip

pictures: Cover pictures by unknown artist, published as book-art and boook-page 1912. Copyright expired in U.S., Canada, EU. and all countries with author’s life +70 years laws.

it didn't get that sherlock holmes looking glass look that i hoped for, but i realized that the "first page" is some art for itself :D
a great project and so many reading volunteers...
thank you :-)

cheers,

Caught .. and linked. Thank you. I have some new software I use to make use a perspective crop om some of the old covers that aren't rectangular - and it has magnifying glass - I'll try it out some time. I did use one on a series cover I did and always have trouble repeating for the next cover in the series.

The cover for "The Conquest of New France" by George MacKinnon Wrong can be found here: https://librivox.org/uploads/covers/Salvationist.zip

There appears to be an extraneous "3" in the summary in the phrase "little more than pauses 3 for renewed preparation".

Hello,

I claimed a cover on the 21st of August,

"The Dealings of Captain Sharkey and Other Stories of Pirates"

i realised that there is a two week deadline
and i just want to say that i hope to get it done
in the near future.

My apologies :)
