I haven't read my sections yet so if someone else wants them, they can have them. I can fix the ones with PL notes though!
OK, Elijah, I've opened up sections 35 and 40.
Thanks for the PL -- just a few more to get caught up.

Thank you Larry. Sometimes I want to be honest and let people know that my sections would probably get done faster without me.

Here is the fix for it and Chapter 25 Peary...

I did not fix the extra "Chapter 41" @ 0:21 because I realized none of my other chapters has that either. I checked several other readers including Larry's chapters, and we are not saying it except at the very beginning of the file. :) Correct me if I'm wrong, though. Probably, since the book doesn't actually call them chapters. I hope this is right?
Thanks!

Both of these chapters are PL OK! :9:

0:32 Greenwich is pronounce GREN-ICH
0:24 Thames is pronounced TEMS

And, Leicester at

1:02 Leicester is pronounced LESTER
2:48 Leicester - again
4:00 Leicester - again

You might want to check one of the pronunciation sites to get a better idea on these.
I'm not trying to by picky, but only to help you be better.

Oh, and some sound issues, relatively minor and the grand scale.

Hello Larry,

I've put the links to my sections (14 & 21), in the MW, but here they are anyway:

https://librivox.org/uploads/kikisaulite/herotales_21_burnham_128kb.mp3

I'm a bit confused as to why I need to change the pronunciations on Greenwhich, Leicester, & Thames though. I pronounced those correct, and didn't pronounce those they was you say I did. Not that I don't trust your ears, but I heard otherwise. I fixed the snaps and bangs thought and amplified 14.

So glad this project is nearing the finish, I'll PL your section shortly!

Have a nice day!

Well, I don't know what to say Elijah.
Those pronunciations really are way off.

What I hear for Thames, Is a "th" and a long "a" so it rhymes with "James".
The correct and well-known pronunciation is a hard "T" and a short "e" sound so it rhymes with "Stems" or TEMS, as I indicated above.

For Greenwich, I hear a long "e" as in the color "green" but it should be a short "e" as in "hen" and the "w" is silent.
And, Leicester is only two syllables, again as I indicated above.

But, since we are to allow for varied pronunciations I won't insist on it.
I was only trying to help your reading to be better, I I did let slide a lot of other non-standard pronunciations.

Anyway, I do appreciate your help with this project, and glad we can now put it in the finished column.
