My last two roles are in! Have to say, really enjoyed getting into these characters, especially George. What a clever play that one is.

Sorry I'm late with this.

I changed the spacing to rough 2.5 seconds between each direction and I hope I got all the corrections done. If anything drags a bit more than you like, just let me know, please.

Nice work (I can't believe you cut it down by 5 minutes). A few things left, unfortunately some of that is my fault as I did not catch it on the first time through. Crazy action here!KevinS wrote: ↑August 21st, 2019, 8:14 am Sorry I'm late with this.

To Todd/Sonia: There was a slight misspelling in the original file so the link in the MW is not the updated version.
There were some spots with extra space, I categorized into 2 types:
1:36, 1:54, 2:17, 4:11, 5:37, 6:37, 7:42, 7:52, 9:16, 9:30, 937, 13:21, 13:41, 14:08, 15:13, 15:25, 15:40, 16:42, 17:12, 19:18– these are spaces between things such as comments/directions. No break between lines here but two different concepts. I suspect Devorah will want you to leave this so she can judge if she wants it shorter or not, pointed it out just in case she wants it changed.
2:00, 2:57, 8:09 – these are obvious breaks that should not be there (for example instead of ‘Twissleton, center’, it is ‘Twissleton [3 second pause] center’)
3:16 – I apologize for not catching this the first time through, but I think it should be Miss Tomkins rather than Miss Thompson
13:10 – I didn’t hear this edit, let me know if that was intentional (heard ‘chair’ instead of ‘seat’)
14:41 – should be ‘Pimpernel’ instead of ‘Pemberton’
16:07 – didn’t hear this edit (missing line “Aside to Mrs. Pimpernel”)
17:07, 17:59, 18:47, 19:01, 19:04 – since you’re already editing, could use some more space here (there were a few others that were pretty close to the 2 second mark, I only pointed out the most striking ones to me)
Did you delete that possibly optional bit at the end? I didn’t hear it here this time.
Making progress with this chaotic piece.

Thank you! I'll make the fixes as soon as possible. To be honest, I don't know how these frequent directions as to locations of characters will fit into a final edit. The directions were added by an observer to the play and are not an original part of the script. This oddity has made things difficult, but it's nothing that cannot be overcome. I'll get to work!lymiewithpurpose wrote: ↑August 22nd, 2019, 1:27 pmNice work (I can't believe you cut it down by 5 minutes). Kevin, if you haven't already started working on this, I'll only ask you to address these two notes. Everything else sounds like something I can fix in editing. Thank you both!lymiewithpurpose wrote: ↑August 22nd, 2019, 1:27 pm 14:41 – should be ‘Pimpernel’ instead of ‘Pemberton’

Thank you. Very sorry to add to your work! I will also fix the bit about chair/seat.mightyfelix wrote: ↑August 22nd, 2019, 3:08 pmKevin, if you haven't already started working on this, I'll only ask you to address these two notes. Okay, all done. I hope. I would be glad to see the back of me, but if there is more to do or fix, just call for me. I'll act swiftly.
I made four fixes as follow:
Miss Tompkins is now Thompson at 3:16;
chair is now seat;
Pemberton (!!) is now Pimpernel;
and
added 'Aside to Mrs. Pimpernel.'

Thank you. I've downloaded everyone's part for Everybody's Husband, but I don't expect to have time to work on it before next week sometime.
