Hola Francesc,

I moltes gràcies pel cop de mà fet amb impecable seriositat.

M'estic rumiant quina una fer-ne ara. M'agradaria provocar que més gent creés audiollibres en català. Són molt importants amb la gent que té problemes de visió o dislèxies. I és una altra manera de viure la literatura en aquests nous temps que corren. El meu fill es nega a llegir llibres; pero s'empassa totxos immensos d'audiollibres en anglès o alemany.

I look forward to working on another project in the future. I will try to campaign for LibriVox in the Catalan-speaking space.

jpujolar doncs m'agradaria ajudar. Encara que no se que implica i que es necessita. I crec que també podria engrescar algú de l'Amical Wikimedia i per a mastdont.cat segur que trobem algú. Jo no tinc el teu nivell però com que no som professionals no em poden despatxar

Hola, en català s'escriu Viquipèdia

Un exemple és l'article de la Declaració Universal dels drets humans https://ca.wikipedia.org/wiki/Declaraci%C3%B3_Universal_dels_Drets_Humans
A la dreta hi ha la infotaula amb la seva lectura del librivox.

El recorregut per fer-ho és el següent:

Primer es pugen els audios a Wikimedia Commons que és el repositori d'imatges, vídeos i àudios germà de la viquipèdia https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Universal_Declaration_of_Human_Rights_-_cat_-_nv.ogg

Després s'enllaça a wikidata, el projecte germà que nodreix de dades a totes les viquipèdies https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q19526586

I finalment si no surt automàticament al seu article es fa manualment https://ca.wikipedia.org/wiki/La_punyalada. Per cert, l'article és excessivament escuet

I he de mirar com esmentar-ho a l'article de Marià Vayreda

Otherwise: I don't know how the images of entries are provided; but in any case, I attach 3 possible images taken from Wikimedia Commons and which are in the public domain. I have not been able to downsize the first two in this message; but I can provide them in a specific size, if required.

No, now it is up to me. I have started the cataloging, should be done soon though. Then I will move the thread to the Completed Works forum.

I would like to ask for some small changes to the page.
- The name of the author is Marià (in Catalan) and not Marian (in Spanish)
- The article wiki could be that of Wikipedia in Catalan? But it is not very important. https://ca.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mari%C3%A0_Vayreda_i_Vila
- The article on the Catalan wiki is https://ca.wikipedia.org/wiki/La_punyalada
- And if you think it's important. The book can be found at wikimediacommons: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:La_punyalada_(1904 ).djvu

- I put in Marian because that is what is registered as the English version of the name, which is what we use for all authors with name variants. However, it is possible to add those variants (so, for example, we have in the catalog Dostoevsky and Dostoyevsky, both pointing to the same page, or Nicolas Machiavel and Niccolò Machiavelli). I will add the Catalan as a variant, so both Marian and Marià will appear.
- This is more or less the same as above, that is, we use the English as standard, but we can add other links to the page. I will add the links to the Catalan of both the author and the book.

I will do this tonight though because I am rushing to go to work now.

They are very important details for a language such as Catalan that is not official in any country. And only 4,000,000 speakers.
