Hello! I'm very new at this and would appreciate feedback!

Sounds good! The tech settings are all A-OK.

I would suggest some noise reduction to take care of the background white noise. Here are a couple resources:

My settings are as follows:
Noise reduction: 10-16 (I suggest about 10-12 for you)
Sensitivity: [default]
Frequency Smoothing: [default]

Try it and see if you notice a difference. :)
