Kevin, it looks like 20 is Open, so I could move the project back to Readers Wanted to look for a new claimant. But you said you would like to read it, so I very quickly moved it back to Readers Found (so quickly, that no one even noticed I'd moved it at all). Craig will be along shortly to add you to the MW.

I'm worried that Craig wants to seek other readers for those who are a bit late in submitting. (These look like very responsible people, though.) I suppose it doesn't matter one way or the other in what I do. I will record section 20 and try to sound like a Supreme Court Justice.

That was a fun. (In a strange sort of way, granted. I've always been interested in Constitutional law. I hope you do more of these in future.)

I might add that the dissenting opinions are often more interesting than the decision of the majority.
