I'll mark this PL OK.

There is a lot of audio distortion on this recording (and others). Do you hear it?
I don't know if it is you mike or if it is due to excessive processing, like aggressive noise reduction. It is not bad enough to reject the recording, but I wanted to alert you so that you might take another listen and maybe make some changes to your recording set up.

Since Carolin hasn't been logged in for 3 weeks, and this seems to be a project where people are grabbing at orphans, I've orphaned 2 old claims. Any takers?

I'll keep my eye on this project until Carolin comes back.

Hello, I'm very new to this, but I would love to have a go at recording a story. Are there still orphans? I'm not choosey.

Welcome!

There are orphans - the sections labeled Open in the Magic Window in the first post.

However - please do the 1-minute test (link to instructions was in your welcome email - holler if you lost it) first, to check your tech settings, volume, etc. - it's not an audition, but a "sound check".

Then when that's OK, come back here and claim one of the open sections!
