Recently moved from UK to USA

Hi there,

My husband’s job has meant I’ve recently moved to Houston from the North West of England. With limited space when moving I had to leave behind my books and I found LibriVox whilst looking for reasonably priced audiobooks. What a fabulous service, I love it. I may even try recording myself but at the moment I am enjoying rediscovering books I’ve read in the past and I’m looking forward to finding some new favourites.

I think you'll find several of your country mates living in the US AND on Librivox. I hope you'll start recording - it's very fun.

Another source for free audiobooks is using promotional codes that commercial narrators and authors get. There are lots of Facebook groups through which you can connect. Let me know if you need more info.
