PL note: 17 seconds of silence at end (might want to double check that )
Otherwise it's good!

Who updates the time in the notes section? The file is correct, but the time still says 3:31. I'm going to mark it PL OK but leave the time for whoever is responsible for that.

I don't know, to tell the truth. (Haven't I been helpful in all of this? Haha.)

I would change the time as a DPL, but that's speaking for myself.

Yep, it is fine for you to do this if you get to it first.

Sent you a PM with some other comments.

Thanks so much for your good DPL work. :9:

Thank you, Lola!

I usually like to take a listen when we have new readers, and since this was a short section, I did a full PL.

First, let me tell you that this is very nicely read! I'm looking forward to having some more chapters from you for this little book.

Just a couple of tiny issue that need attention.

First, the ending silence needs to be close to five seconds and you have only three. While you're at it, you might trim a bit from the front end where we need only one second or less and you have just a tad over that.

Although you background noise is within acceptable limits, you could greatly improve the sound of your recording just be running some basic noise reduction which is easy to do in Audacity. So, that's just a tip. :)

If you need help with any of this, just let me know.

Thanks, Larry! I'm happy to have input, and it helps me better understand what level of perfection to expect :)

Good Afternoon,

Here are my corrected recordings.
Chapter 4, duration: 3:18
https://librivox.org/uploads/dlolso21/jackandchippy_04_cory_128kb.mp3

Chapter 28, duration: 2:28
https://librivox.org/uploads/dlolso21/jackandcippy_28_cory_128kb.mp3

Chapter 29, duration: 3:31- made noise reduction and amplified sound. Also, cut off time in front and added a few seconds to the end of the recording.

Thank you for your help.
