thanks Sandra, and here is the immediate PL ok from me, so Todd can finish assembling this play. :9: I loved the extreme drama you brought into play here. No wonder this play-within-the-play is so cheesy.

I was just caught up with my backlog PL jobs. So now I have time to PL those two mini-plays. :9:

Will probably still PL R&G tonight, but FCFS will have to wait till tomorrow. But looking forward to both !

By the way, here is a consolidated cast list.

Let me know of any changes I should make - don't just make a change in a copy, cuz I need to preserve the HTML that I don't understand.

Thanks, Todd

 this was great fun to listen to. And everybody was excellently into character. Well done, troupe !

I have a few suggestions still:

> at 13:53: (p. 358): "aside" - I see you did not include "Hamlet" like I mentioned before. Yes, I think it will work well like this too, since one immediately notices that it's Alan speaking after this. But I wanted to mention it nevertheless, in case you forgot my PL note

> at 26:15: (p. 365): "resumes" - same here, one might have mentioned "Hamlet" again, but also here, I think it's not really necessary

> at 26:32: (p. 365): "Rosencrantz, exhausted with laughter" - I think we can cut this, as we are all laughing already while speaking

> at 26:39: (p. 365): "Queen, ditto" - also here, can be cut, so this whole scene is more faster paced

> at 26:54: (p. 365): "Ophelia, ditto" - if we cut the first two, we also should cut this one

All in all, brilliantly edited !

Changes made as you suggest. Glad you enjoyed it.

Kinda glad Sullivan wasn't around at the time. Can you imagine this as a Gilbert and Sullivan operetta?

Thanks, Todd

:? indeed, hearing Hamlet soliloquize AND sing would probably have been too much

All PL ok now  another one done and dusted

and David I also just finished listening to this gem and it sounds fantastic. I especially was thrilled at the beginning to to hear myself and Larry bickering from the start :9: fond memories of some other plays we interacted together already. :D We seem to have good chemistry in such roles

And everybody else was playing their roles to perfection. An excellent cast.

I have only one tiny note to make, where I think I detected an error of reasoning...

> at 47:30: "aside to Julia" - I think this is an obvious error, it should be aside to Josephine, because he would not give Julia her own portrait and tell her to conceal it. He doesn't want her to find out that he knew about the portrait. Also it's Josephine answering, so this reinforces my belief that this is a typo, which I think should be corrected to make more sense

> at 47:45: End of First Come First Served by John Maddison Morton - you forgot to name the author once more at the end

the rest is perfectly stitched together and leaving out the many voice characterizations was ok since we all conveyed it well with our speeches. :)

I loved this play very much. Good choice, David, thank you for offering it.

I really like the way this one came together.

A big round of applause  to everyone who played a role; a very superb cast. Everyone blended well together and reacted to each other it seemed to me that they were all recording on one stage together when I listened to it.
