Wow, I like this! Section 15 is yours, thank you! I know it is tempting to start recording, but make sure you get the OK first. I just want to make sure your settings are where we need them to be before you put in a lot of work on your section. This will make your life much easier, much less frustrating.

There is a part near the end of the chapter where the brothers are yelling to each other, and there's about 1dB of clipping. I know it's still clipping but we lost hardly any information. If you want me to rerecord the two instances of clipping I can, it's just not bad and on a listen through I actually didn't realize it if REAPER hadn't told me I clipped I wouldn't have known it.

In any case, thanks a bunch and let me know if I need to fix anything.

Thank you! I will let you know if the clipping is bad enough to need fixing. What duration do you have for your recording?

The actual length in REAPER shows as 17:48, but REAPER never deletes edits, you can always call them back up, so it likely appears as much longer when pulling up to edit in Audacity, which often registers things like clipping though there's compression post-processing, or full time when there's an edited time which was rendered.

I can play around with that if you're seeing an issue on your end.

No issues so far. I just need to make sure I have the whole file, because the internet has been known to eat the tails off of files uploaded to LV every once in a while. I will put down 17:48, that sounds about right and I am not in front of the computer that has all the sections I need to listen to at the moment. Thanks!
