Only here, you missed a few lines:

> at about 0:20: please insert two lines missing: "Really? Oh, you are full of news." and "Oh, I’m all right, I s’pose. Isn’t it hot?"

> at about 0:32: you missed all the "ladies" lines. We may not use all the voices in all the choruses, but it would be good if Todd had a choice of voices to select from: "Many happy returns of the day!" and "How d’ye do, Mr. Smythe?" and "How are you, Carlton?" and "Ha, ha, ha!"

thank you

Sonia

brilliant performance, I really really like Mrs Upjohn and her lower class accent  you really gave her a believable character here, Tracy  wonderfully done all throughout. There's only one tiny bit missing:

> at about 5:36: missing line: Mrs. Upjohn, partially disappearing. "Ah—!"

> at 6:42: “end of act 4” - can be cut out, it's the narrator’s job to say that

thank you !

Thank you for your wonderfully encouraging words. :9:
I know I recorded the Ah; I must have accidentally deleted it. Rats! You have an eagle eye; thanks for catching it. I will have to figure out how to insert a bit into my recording and re-upload. :hmm:

are you using Audacity ? The easiest way to do it (at least that's how I do it):

> record the line in a new window
> amplify or clean-up as you would your normal recording
> highlight the part, then press "copy"
> open your finished Act 4 file, place the cursor on the right spot and press "Paste"
> then re-export to mp3 again and reupload

hope this helps

perfect, Pauline, this is totally PL ok. No lines missing, I think you caught all the "others" lines this time. Gabrielle is a sweetie.

Thanks for participating. Now you can lie back and wait for the end result ;)

This should help -- Stage directions for Act I.
I've tried my best to get all the lines and make a few corrections.
Let me know if you want something different for the Persons of the Play.

ok this took a bit of time, Pinero is always a lot to listen to. First of all, that was sooo sweet when you gave that little chuckle after the slipper-ceremony. It sounded so honestly amused by it all. I adored this bit ! :9: That really puts the narrator totally among the cast.
Let me know if you want something different for the Persons of the Play.
you omitted a few things that were written in the MW, like "the four beauties of the Pandora" but I think all 4 readers already gave us the correct credits. I would say, it can be left like this. I know you'll be around if we need a last-minute addition from the narrator, then you can always do it then.

However, there are quite a few missing lines in Act 1, which need to be inserted. Best of course to start from the end, so my time-stamps stay correct for you. Here's the list:

> at 0:01: for the disclaimer you would have to start with “Act 1 of The Mind the Paint Girl”

> at 2:31: “The action of the piece takes place in London” – you say “pieces”

> at about 7:31: “singing” – might be optional in case the reader is singing this, but better include it, just in case

> at about 7:36: “Farncombe nods”

> at about 8:26: “Mrs Upjohn enters.”

> at about 8:42: “pleasantly”

> at about 11:33: “quietly”

> at about 11:39: two things missing: “Roper, sarcastically” and “stopping before Mrs. Upjohn”

> at about 16:47: “to Mrs Upjohn”

> at about 17:18: “passing him”

> at about 17:38: “Roper, Taking the fan from Mrs Upjohn

> at about 25:27: “To Jimmie and de Castro.”

> at 30:04: “and she returns his look with awakened interest” – you say “awkward”

> at about 42:57: “meeting his eyes”

Then I have a note to Todd:

> at 5:26-5:32: “Note: Throughout, “right” and “left” are the spectators’ right and left, not the actor’s.” – I think this note is not important, and could be cut out, but I let Todd decide. So for the moment, let's leave it in

Thank you, Larry !

The Note does indicate that things here are the opposite of the more usual "stage right" and "stage left" convention. Please leave it in for now.

Thanks, Todd
