hi Amanda, and a warm welcome to our forum :D

I had a listen to your sample test and you'll be pleased to hear, it passes all criteria on the first go. nice clear diction, perfect pacing, easy to listen to and understand. Already hoping to hear you in one of my PL projects soon.

Technical specs are all up to LV standard as well. Only one word of caution regarding the volume, you are at the upper limit of our accepted range. We accept from 86-92 dB, with 89 being the preferred average. You have exactly 92 dB, so don't get any louder. ;) Here is a nice program that's checking your volume, so you can assess when to decrease a bit before you upload. http://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/Checker

But: the test is OK and you are ready to record for real. Feel free to participate on any project on offer here.

Have fun

Sonia
