Hi there! I have assigned Section 5 to you now that your 1 minute test is approved.

Here is the link to your Reader Page - it shows all the books and their sections assigned to you. When you sign up for more books and chapters they will show on here too along with their status. When you complete a section/chapter and after you have proof listened to it yourself, you will upload the link using the instructions on the 1st page and post it here with the length of the recording. Then the status will change to Ready for PL. In this case Helen will then listen to it and if she has feedback she will change it to See PL Notes where you need to fix what she found or PL OK which means that section is complete.

Have fun with your recording and let me know if you need any help!

By all means! I see you have passed your 1 minute test - the only thing I need to know now is what name you want to be credited to in the public catalog. Your login is newmorning for the Librivox forum - what do you want to be displayed as your name on the internet for reading the books/chapters? For me my login is lmnei but my name displayed is my given name Lynda Neilson.

I need that to add you to the reader database and at that time I can assign Book IV to you.

Hi Newmorning -

Section 11 has been assigned to you now.

Your reader page is at https://librivox.org/sections/readers/13295 This link is where you can go to see the readings you have signed up for and their status. If you sign up for more book sections they will appear there too under this single link. There are 4 statuses - Assigned, where the Section 11 is now, Ready for PL (which is after you have recorded and checked your work and uploaded the recording for Proof Listening), Ready for Spot Check (if the Proof Listener has feedback this is when you have completed the edits and ready to be listened to again by the Proof Listener) and then PL OK which is when you are done with the recording of the section.

If you have any questions along the way please feel free to ask them!

Hi! I am SO SORRY! I somehow missed this request when I was away on vacation... As Sections 1 and 2 are now recorded I have signed you up for 3, 4 and 6? I will sign you up for 3 and 4 to start - you let me know about 6 please
