Search function on forum seems to be down. I get “Sorry, search could not be performed. More information about this failure has been logged in the error log” when I attempt either a simple or advanced search.

It's working for me.

Everything was down for about 45 minutes earlier this evening.

Well, Tricia, it's a puzzlement! I've tried the search function on the forum (catalog search works OK) on an iPad, an iPhone and my Mac Book with both the Chrome and Safari browsers. I still get the same message. Is anyone else having the same problem? Could it be an Apple thing? I don't have any Windows or Android devices to try it on. :hmm:

I haven't been able to do the forum search or "my posts" either. I use FF.

My "your posts" search fails with an error message and a promise that it was logged.

Me too; a simple search in the Need Advice forum for my user name failed in the same way.

Oh! I misunderstood. I read your post as that the search of the catalog wasn't working, not the forum search.

I get the same thing, in that case. Funny that New Posts works, though!

I'll ping our sysadmin.
