Bible (Darby) NT 11: Philippians by Darby Bible ( - ). Translated by John Nelson Darby (1800 - 1882)

This project is now complete! All audio files can be found on our catalog page: This project is now complete! All audio files can be found on our catalog page: https://librivox.org/philippians-darby-bible/
The Darby Bible consists of a translation of the New Testament by John Nelson Darby, originally published in 1867, and a translation of the Old Testament, included in later editions of the text, completed by Darby's students after his death. The text for this recording comes from the second edition of the Darby Bible. ( Aaron Hultstrand)
  • Text source (only read from this text!): https://archive.org/stream/DarbysWritingsNewTranslationNewTestamentSynopsisBooksBibleMulti/00.2.NewTranslNT.GospActsEpistBkRev.DarbyJN.CritNotes.Index.2ndrev.Lon.GMor.1867.
  • Type of proof-listening required (Note: please read the PL FAQ): wordperfect

IMPORTANT - soloist, please note: in order to limit the amount of languishing projects (and hence the amount of files on our hard-pressed server), we ask that you post an update at least once a month in your project thread, even if you haven't managed to record anything. If we don't hear from you for three months, your project may be opened up to a group project if a Book Coordinator is found. Files you have completed will be used in this project. If you haven't recorded anything yet, your project will be removed from the forum (contact any admin to see if it can be re-instated).
Please don't download or listen to files belonging to projects in process (unless you are the BC or PL). Our servers are not set up to handle the greater volume of traffic. Please wait until the project has been completed. Thanks!

Hi! I have all the files already recorded as this is a project I worked on a couple of years ago. Therefore, as soon as someone is able to proof listen (word perfect), I can upload all 4 of the files in one batch and then fix what needs fixing.

This link will take you to the good scanned version of the text: https://archive.org/stream/DarbysWritingsNewTranslationNewTestamentSynopsisBooksBibleMulti/00.2.NewTranslNT.GospActsEpistBkRev.DarbyJN.CritNotes.Index.2ndrev.Lon.GMor.1867.#page/n327/mode/2up

I see this, but am heading out soon to a family gathering, so I won't be able to catalog this until later tonight or tomorrow.
