This was short, so thought I'd get it in.

The Midrash has a similar tale of David hiding in a cave, being pursued by King Saul, and being saved by a spider's web. There is even a story of Mohammed being saved the same way. Seems to be a persistent story.

Thanks for your reading of Chapter 11, Larry.
I've seen you around often, but had not yet heard you. Very pleasant and I'm well pleased you like this book selection.
I found it in viewing book covers of popular volumes of this era! I was charmed.

A few PL notes for you:

1:45 Omitted phrase
"Say, hast thou met him?

3:21 Repeat lines:
So fast she spun, so faithfully,
That when the soldiers came
To pause beside the ruined wall
And shout the Bishop's name.

Yes, I've heard many stories of Savior Spiders throughout many cultures; it's a grand theme.

Happy to spot check for corrections at your convenience and looking foward to hearing more from you!

Best,
~Angelique

Oh, goodness! I'm really embarrassed.
I had major interruptions with this but thought I had edited and went over it a second time. Well, I may just do a fresh recording so I get it straight. This is not my usual standard. I'll let you know. Thanks for your good PL work.

No need for embarrassment, Larry.
I actually DID have strongest feeling that this is just a "one off" for you. *Smile*
Happens, obviously, to the best of us, Sir.

I look forward to hearing your new or edited upload ... at your convenience.
