I submitted an audio test a few days ago but have received no feedback yet. Is that normal?
Thanks,

Hi there! I actually posted feedback on your thread a few days ago. Maybe it forgot to notify you? Or can you not see it? That would be strange if you couldn't

I still don't know how 'notifications' work. It seems pretty wonky to me, but I probably don't understand what prompts them.lymiewithpurpose wrote: ↑April 18th, 2019, 10:14 am Hi there! If you want to set them differently, you can find them in your user control panel . Usually how it works for me is if you post in a topic, it will subscribe you and whenever somebody posts in that topic you will get a notification. In addition, if you get a PM, or are quoted you can get a notification (those are the main ones, there are more but I never use them ). I turned my emails off because I am subscribed to so many topics that I was getting emails every few minutes and driving me crazy. I do keep emails on for if somebody quoted me or replies to a topic I've bookmarked. That way, for example, if I am helping someone with their one minute test I bookmark it so I will get an email for that and can jump on and check. Hope that makes sense!KevinS wrote: ↑April 18th, 2019, 11:04 amI still don't know how 'notifications' work. Welcome to the forum, SabSai! I like to use the Quick Links (top left of the screen) to check 'Your posts', which is a good way to show up new replies. (I get enough emails already without the forum going at it too )
Or, the link to your post and feedback are here: viewtopic.php?t=74641 Just a small technical change to make, and you'll be all ready to go Please do post a follow up in that other topic, so everything's in one place, and you'll be set to record in no time!

There's honestly no such thing as a stupid question -- but I'm afraid I can't rule out giving a stupid answer : : To Posterity and Beyond!

Thanks for including that Cori! I mean to include the link, guess I never quite put it there . And yes SabSai, you are almost there! Doing great so far, and you do have a great recording voice. The only reason I mention the notifications is because they can tell you when you've gotten a reply. Also, when you click on it, it should take you to the reply. That's a great way to get straight to it! See you around!Cori wrote: ↑April 18th, 2019, 12:59 pm Welcome to the forum, SabSai!
