So wait, Are there really 64 volumes of miscellaneous histories, political pamphlets, magazine articles?

Do you ever have people who go through them and try and put together a collection of a certain theme?

Yes, indeed there are 64 volumes!

Jo started the SNF Collection, the first volume was cataloged on August 23, 2007. I have been BC since Volume 28 (cataloged March 2, 2013) and Craig has been DPL almost as long. I don't think anybody has ever attempted a "reverse collection" of the SNF, sorted by topic. However, there are many collections on LibriVox devoted to special interests, and there may be some cross-fertilization there. I think individual readers who contribute on a more-or-less regular basis to the SNF may use their recordings to explore themes of their own devising.

Just to make this clear: We do not allow the same recording to be used in more than one project.

So, if anybody would want to do such a collection for LV, all pieces would have to be redone (even by their original readers).
If you are looking for themed collections, there are the "Coffee Break Collections" with individual pieces not longer than 15 minutes.
