Section 23 is PL OK.
I found this story, and your rendering of it, to be highly entertaining.
I busted out laughing quite a few times, and nearly choked on my soda when the old man tells her that he's quite tired of hearing about the love struckedness of it all.
Well, I laughed until the ending whereby the Romantic in ME shouted "See! I KNEW when the story said Takadai Jiro was of such poetic nature that he was DOOMED!"

Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy this story.
I admit that I do not listen to audiobooks, much preferring to read along as I listen; that's why PLing is often such a joy.
Looking forward to your next section! (Also, is there another name besides "Realistic Speakers" that I may address you?)

Chapter 22: Reincarnation

This was quite a delight to narrate!
Carolin, please do not feel rushed to PL this, and certainly, if you wish to outsource my sections to another temporary PLer, I am okay with you doing so.
*Smile*
As always, *Thank You* for all you do for Librivox!
You're one of the Best!

Again, quite a delight, Mitch.
I could clearly visualizing the scene with line:
"I like to be alone. You may speak of your adventure; but you are not to mention my name. Farewell!'"

"Never Mind polite Japanese culture", said the monster! *Laugh*

All is PL OK.
Thank you!

Carolin,
I will record this, so that the book is completed, but know that you, understandably, no longer wish to have the project DPL narrate.

If you wish to make an exception in this instance, that's great.
I'll get to work on it within a couple of hours and have it up BY Saturday.
If you'd rather keep the roles separate, that's acceptable, too. *wink*

Just let me know how you'd like to proceed.

In all sincerity, I APPRECIATE all you do to keep this site well active and well maintained!

*MUCH LOVE!*

White Bone Mountain:

Ahhh, if only it were so easy to forget, to recite (and understand would be nice!) this Buddhist Puzzle:
"The moon on the lake shines between the winds between the pine trees and a long night grows quiet at midnight."

Wonderful to have this project almost ready for cataloguing!

It's the first long work I've DPL'd for, and a pleasure to hear SO many fabulous readings!

Thanks to ALL!
