There are two more volumes to go. Well, this book was started only October last year, so less than six months. I started to coordinate the collection back in 2010, and then it was about a book per year. Then I took a break from Librivox in 2014, and came back recently. When I came back, nobody had set up the rest of the collection, so I went ahead and started the next one. But anybody could have completed it, there was just nobody interested. And that is fine :) Librivox is here so that people can do projects they want and love. If nobody wants to continue this one, it will hang until somebody wants to. That is the nature of the project, really. If more people get interested and record sections, we will finish sooner - if not, we will go until it is done. Same thing applies to many other collections started but not yet finished. We will get to them eventually, when someone is interested in BCing and readers are interested in reading. :)

I know the same problem from asking people to help with multiple volume work. basically, one person replied who said he didnt feel like it, so I guess I will be working through my own collection sometime over the next few years. Would you consider opening up a new project for the next volume? It might be worth a shot if you never know if someone will take up a few sections over time

You mean the next volume of this collection. As soon as this one is fully assigned, I will open up the next one for sure. :)

Hello!

May I claim section 12? This is also my first Libravox recording, so here's the link to my test:

viewtopic.php?f=21&t=74442

Could I also be catalogued as Melchior Raywood? Many thanks.

Hello rita! Niobium had claimed sections 3 and 4 right before you. :( Could I assign you any of the other open sections?
How about 7 and 8? :)
