As I am owned by 3 dogs, I too was saddened by the previous story. This one is better! :)

A very peculiar part of the story; can't figure out why this part is stuck on to the first part about outrunning a forest fire. Maybe I'm just dull and missing something...?

All audio files can be found on our catalog page: https://librivox.org/short-stories-of-william-henry-harrison-murray-by-william-henry-harrison-murray/

Whew....Finished! Hopefully all of the issues have been fixed (except for one file name on the Archive page which should be corrected when the cover is added). Let me know if you find any (other) glitches. I'm going to wait a day before moving this to the completed forum just in case.

HI Dave, A closer inspection of the internetarchive page reveals something wrong. It lists 9 files when there are 8. File 3 is not a title. Something must have gone wrong. Help :hmm:

There is only one copy of file three but the underived and derived names are both appearing on the archive page. If we are lucky one will disappear. Hopefully, the one without the chapter title.

edit; no luck so far.

Oddly, when I access this book (at Archive.org) on my cell phone there are only 8 files, all with chapter titles. On my computer I see 9 files (#3 with the file name and another #3 with the chapter title). Most curious.
