It would be great to finish up in March, but I agree that is pretty ambitious. I've still got a lot of the narrator to read, and I know what a big job it is to edit a long DR like this with a lot of parts, and then to get the final PL done. But, I will plug away at the narration (it is so much fun, truly), and down the line a may be able to offer help with the editing, if you need it.

You mentioned working on another Doolittle book after this one, and I'd love to help out with it.

Thanks Larry, I might get to these before Devorah, as it is a long weekend here Down Under! We are celebrating Labour Day (the 8 hour day) by not going to work at all!

Section 11 PL notes:

@4:04 line should be "he cried as soon as he saw me"
@7:32 line should be "I at least had had a night's sleep"

Section 12 narration PL note:

@13:08 stutter/editing error "it it was no wonder"

This should be quite easy to fix, but I'll get you to do it in case any recording is necessary. The rest of this chapter is PL OK!

(Devorah, this chapter is almost all narration with very little dialogue - do you want me to edit it? I think I can manage this small chapter. Someone else will have to PL the final version though.)

MW updated. Narration for sections 11 and 12 is PL ok now.

I haven't made much March progress at all on this, turns out. A little, but not much. Real life things have been more than usually demanding. (We're dealing with a totaled car and how to replace it, among other things.) And I'm leaving on vacation in about a week. I hope to be back up to my normal production rate around mid-April.
