Thank you Nathan, good first reading, however I will refer back to your one minute test and the comments posted there

the bitrate of your file is 224 kbps, we need 128 kbps - this is changed when Exporting Audio, you will see under Format Options a Quality drop-down, select 128 kbps from there. You should only have to do this once. :wink:
Please correct the bitrate and upload again using the same filename.
