I would like to be a part of recording the rest of the Elsie Disnmore series by Martha Finley starting with The Two Elsies. I am new here to LibriVox, but I have been listening to the audio-books for a few years, and I would like to add my part to this great community.

Hi Elsie,
I love the Elsie Dinsmore series too! You're welcome to add that book (and books) since The Two Elsies was published in 1885. (The cutoff is now 1923.) Have fun!

Welcome to Librivox! It's great that you've found some books that inspire you!

Perhaps the first step to recording these books would be to get your 1 minute test done and check that your sound/computer settings are going to work. (See the link to the Wiki at the top of the page.)

Then do a poem or a short part in a group project to get the feel for how our projects run, then you should be ready to start recording a book by yourself! There is plenty of help along the way, so just ask if you get stuck!
