We don't link individual projects on author Wikipedia pages. Links on the Wikipedia author page go to the search results of the author, not to individual works.

If there's a Wikipedia page for the book, then we link to the search results for that book title.

Anne,
I know you probably can't see that link, but it's a scanned copy of the 1911 book, the image is the frontspiece. I think it's on hathitrust too, but that scan was not as good.

In my defense, I had designed this before we had our "dead white" discussion. :) So I went back and tinted the background so as to be "off-white." I hope that is ok.

Thanks!

Caught .. and linked. Thank you. There are no hard and fast rules about the black and white backgrounds, it really is so dependant on the design, but I guess there is a reason most paintings have some sort of frame either actual or visual and the paint programs have a frame of sorts -

Covers for Merirosvo.

https://librivox.org/uploads/covers/merirosvo_1903.zip

I had to re-upload the zip file, since I decided to make couple of improvements, but I know that last upload always overwrites older ones, so it should be right now.
