Part 2 ch. 1
3:48 Raskolnikov's lines TEXT: I have not taken the loop off the armhole! AUDIO: "NOT" omitted

Ilya does sound muffled, but I found him understandable.

1:27 Raskolnikov's lines. TEXT: Raskolnikov... here, I brought you the pledge AUDIO: Raskolnikov here, I brough you the pledge. (It does make a certain difference, I think).
16:13 Narrator's lines TEXT: but the unknown began to speak and he recovered himself at once. AUDIO "he" is missing
16:30 Koch's lines TEXT: Alyona Ivanovna....Lizaveta Ivanovna" AUDIO: Ivanova. (No idea if it can be fixed, given that you don't go back to readers, but since you wanted to be exact about names, I'm reporting it).
1:27 I hear the final t in brought in my playback. I amplified it a little but other than that I'm not sure what you want me to do here.
16:12 pasted 'he' into the sentence.

Wow, I messed up by omitting the "t" in my post and thus misleading you. That wasn't my point. Sorry. I wasn't being clear. I wanted to say that the meaning changes slightly depending on where you put a pause in this sentence. Or am I being too pedantic?

I tent to leave the pacing up to the actor. I only alter pacing with BC direction, if I'm lining up for a group line, or when there is significantly more or less than needed; e.g. when a 3 second pause shows up mid sentence. I take those as reader editing errors.

While picking up extra PLing for the March cleanup I had some 'down' time. Here is version one of the cast list. There will likely be some minor changes as the project finishes but at least the majority of it done.

Narrator corrections in a single posting. A single pick up file would work well.

Narrator 4
19:18 - He raised his cane. Raskolnikov rushed at him with his fists, without reflecting that the stout gentleman was a match for two men like himself. But at that instant someone seized him from behind, and a police constable stood between them.

22:22 - he asked him.

Narrator 5
Ch.5, p.7, unmarked Narrator line “shouted Mikolka and brought the shaft down with a swinging blow. There was a sound of a heavy thud.”

Narrator 12
4:25 - "he went to" should be "went on" 6:53 - long pause in middle of paragraph (sentence break, not paragraph)

Narrator: Pyotr Petrovitch asked of Zossimov.
Zossimov: "N-no,"
Narrator: mumbled Zossimov;
Zossimov: "you may amuse him." (include as narrator or new reader for Zossimov is needed)
Narrator: He yawned again.

Narrator 18
Tech specs. Can be corrected during section editing.

Narrator 19
7:14 missing text - Narrator: cried Razumihin.
Porfiry Petrovitch addressed himself to Raskolnikov.

11:53 - Narrator: repeated Raskolnikov, raising his eyes to Porfiry.
The front part of the word was cut during editing and left you with a ‘snap’.

Narrator 28
4:42 – are you sure you want this as Katerina Ivanovna’s line and not the narrator?

Narrator: Katerina Ivanovna's father
Katerina Ivanovna: who had been a colonel and almost a governor had sometimes had the table set for forty persons, and then anyone like Amalia Ivanovna, or rather Ludwigovna, would not have been allowed into the kitchen."

Narrator 41
He was very uneasy and sent to inquire after her; he soon learnt that her illness was not dangerous.

Thank you for the PL. :D

I won't be able to edit again until Tuesday. The next chapter (13) has a ton of characters and will take more time than I have until then. There are only two chapters remaining for edit, 13 and 18, and then I'll be all caught up until more parts are finished.

One more PL OK and we will be 25% finished. I have 3 possibilities in getting one right. Fingers crossed!

Hello :)
Part 2 chapter 6 is all PL OK, athough it sounds a bit strange to have the line ""that all this must be ended to-day, once for all, immediately; that he would not return home without it, because he would not go on living like that." at 1:43 attributed to Raskolnikov, given it clearly says "he" and "him" refering to Rodyon.

Thank you for the perspective. I suppose it's due to the preceding sentence "He did not know and did not think where he was going, he had one thought only:"
I'll mark it see PL notes and let Mary have a listen. Sometimes what's in writing doesn't always translate well in the character breakdowns.
