I think my question got missed, so just in case, I'll ask again. Would you like me to play a rustic?

oops, sorry Brad...well as Todd previously said, Brisk and Rustic are in the same act, so for the moment we would not want any doubling, unless it's in a different act. Let's wait first if we can find some others to fill the roles with. The more the merrier ;)

but thanks for offering

Mitis act 4 & 5

Mitis seems to have less to say the longer the play goes on. Perhaps he fell asleep?

 I always find it rude towards the actors when people get up before the final act is done, just to avoid rush hour.

Alan, great job till this end. Mitis becomes more and more mocking as time goes by  Nice touch. And both acts are PL ok.

thank you, only Act 3 left... is that a bigger one ? :D

Sort of like how half the characters in The Tempest are almost ignored in the final act, isn't it?

Mitis in Act 3 has a few more lines but not many. His biggest part was in the prologue. Thanks for the quick PL.

Fastidious Brisk corrections to Act Three

https://librivox.org/uploads/toddhw/outofhumour_brisk_3_128kb.mp3

Even though the puffs were my idea I realized that puffing on a pipe generally makes no sound at all. Nevertheless, I briefly inhaled audibly and inserted the sound into the file. I'll admit I cheated a little bit. I only puffed once, but cut and pasted it into all the gaps. If you'd like each puff to sound differently I can do it again.

As for the humming, I got a little creative here, and once again I can redo it if it does meet with your approval. In each instance, I briefly hummed a familiar piece of classical music. But rather anachronistically, since they were all composed well after the play was written!

I'll send Act Four later today.
