Peter Elphick is here! And then, getting the heck out of here.

indeed Elphick and Shafto both feel a bit uncomfortable that evening in their company. I was expecting him to break out playing the banjo at any time. Elphick is nicely characterized, you play him a bit distracted, fast-speaking and trying to be jovial despite feeling in the wrong place at the wrong time. Well done, I like it.KIBBONAFIDE wrote: ↑February 11th, 2019, 6:21 pmPeter Elphick is here! And then, getting the heck out of here.
Only a few small cuts to make:
> at 0:54-1:01: stumbles and repeats “Well, when a man’s a bit low” – can be cut, even though it was highly entertaining. this would be a perfect snippet for the bloopers thread, if you want to keep it for posterity: viewtopic.php?f=25&t=28787
> at 1:59-2:12: repeats: “Enjoyed seeing the cottage again enormously” – can you cut out all the trials and only keep the one you’re happy with ? Unless you want Todd to choose the best one, but the snippets that have stumbles in them usually can be cut out, as they won't get used anyway
Thanks !

If not, why then, this parting was well made.

an excellent performance, Eva kudos to you because Olive is a very difficult role to play. You bring in the needed amount of jealousy on the one side and desperation on the other. Really well played out. Nothing missing as far as I can see, so this is totally PL ok.bluechien wrote: ↑February 15th, 2019, 6:54 pm https://librivox.org/uploads/toddhw/benefitofthedoubt_oliveallingham_2_128kb.mp3 21.20 KB
