Greetings -

Just one PL Note for Chapter 24:

Time: 17:57 Text has "Kin any of you gentlemen tell me wher' Mr. Peter Wilks lives?” Reading has a repeat starting "Kin any of you".

Otherwise, ready to go.

Chapter 26 edits: Edit @ 2:44. Edit @ 5:15. Edit @ 5:18. No edit @ 7:19, or 8:44. I think time and minute kind of mean the same thing though, and it didn't seem like it changed anything to the story. Edit @ 13:50 Edit @ 15:07 Edit @ 15:33 Edit @ 16:00 Edit @ 17:04 Edit @ 19:05 No edit @ 19:43 I didn't hear a stumble or the words "in it" Edit @ 19:56 Edit @ 20:11 I'm going to end up re-reading chapter 29 because the lines and stuff got screwed up and trying to find where the text lines up with the times is going to be very hard.

Thanks, Lomond, Lynda and Elijah. It's fine to rerecord Elijah, I've done that myself.

Hi Elijah,

Chapter 1 was extremely well-read, I absolutely loved Miss Watson's voice! It truly reminded me of the exact character she is, a crochety, picky old woman  In other words, her voice fit her character to a tee

A few notes on it- these are extremely easy fixes and can most likely be corrected in a few minutes:

~3:29- you said 'and', then changed quickly to 'but'
~3:48- I couldn't tell exactly what the words were. Could you please rerecord those few words? Thank you.
~5:57- there was a pause, a couple seconds long
~8:03- paused in the middle of the word 'tried'
~9:07- said 'put on' instead of 'put out'

Again, these are easy fixes and only a few. This isn't a word perfect project :) Chapter 1 was read excellently, and your character voices are so good! You completely bring them to life with the original accents and manner of speaking- it's better than some of my dramatic reading characters! Sometimes I just can't get the voices to sound lifelike enough and with a lot of zeal- you've mastered that, clearly!

Hi Elijah,
Chapter 26 was read extremely well. Your character voices are simply outstanding! Amazing...

A few PL notes:

~5:30- said 'can' instead of 'can't'
~5:44- long, three-second pause
~8:07- slight stumble on 'anybody could tell you hain't'- repeated 'you' twice
~12:23- said 'my friend's made up' instead of 'my mind's made up'
~13:07- slight stumble- said 'ther' and then 'they'
~15:08- slight stumble- said 'hadn't been', then said 'hadn't found'
~15:59- said 'flung at our hands'- should be 'flung at our heads'
~17:50- slight stumble- said 'gave' and then 'give in'
~19:32- slight stumble- said 'crammed in, it in

I know it looks like a lot, but it's not that much and they are simple fixes. Great job- I love your character voices!
God bless,
JayKitty

Thank you Jaykitty76! I don't mean to be bossy, and I really don't mean it that way, but can you please edit the MW? It just helps me, because I usually look at my reader page's "reader section details", so I know what I should do next... whether it's editing my recordings with PL notes, or what I should record next.

Thank you
Elijah
