Yes, it will need to be amplified. Amplification above 85.7dB is being prevented by clipping. We require a minimum 86dB and recommend 89dB. Watch the following video (link below) to see how to use the compressor feature of Audacity. It's very useful when clipping is preventing amplification. You may need to compress twice. The reading is otherwise pl ok.
