Hi all, this is my very first recording. I hope I've done everything right. I look forward to any feedback, thanks

I'd like to go by the name Lynne Schroeder

So I've just realised I have made a mistake just comparing others' urls to my own. How do I fix that or will I need to upload it again?

Also, I've been listening to everyone else's recordings to see how others approached it and noticed that Claire's is missing a line: "With the torn troubled form I know as thine," sorry :(

Good reading Lynne, but the volume is too high at 100 dB, we look for around 89 dB.
There is also 10 seconds of ending silence, we need only 5 seconds.

You should aim for your wave forms to peak near the 0.5 mark, like this:
Image

You can check your volume using our Checker program - see info at http://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/Checker You will find the volume in decibels on the Information tab. For your information, we look for around 89 dB (87-91 is OK)
Please upload your edited file to the aradlaw folder on the upload page. :)

Good first reading Dean. Just a couple of points to mention.
- the filename in missing the 'c' in 'eclipse' this puts the file out of order ( best to copy/paste and insert your initials)
- the ending silence is 10 seconds long, we need only 5 seconds.
