I've uploaded Biscuits and Bills:
https://librivox.org/uploads/toddhw/oneactplays011_biscuitsandbills_dubois_128kb.mp3
(35:19)
Would anyone be able to PL this?
I'd be happy to hear any and all feedback/criticism on the editing (it's my first time editing a play).
Foon - Real life is getting in the way of LV, will be slow until all is back on track, please bear with me!

Readers needed:
Dramatic Reading: The Curious Case of Benjamin Button
Folklore/legends: Arabian Nights Vol. 11
Play: Zeus the Tragedian

well.... I was curious, so I gave it a listen after all.

this was your FIRST editing job ??? Wonderfully done, you're a natural. - Actually you already got some light practice in our World's Best Poetry where you assembled some DRs if I remember correctly ;) but of course this was a much bigger job.

Kudos to all the actors, they are an awesome bunch and played their role to perfection and with so much emotion. I hope to hear them more often in our dramas. Still hoping that Philip will come back some day soon. :(

Well, I can mark the play PL ok. You made a good choice on what stage directions to leave in and which to cut out. And I marvel at the ingeniously confusing merging of voices when they both talk at the same time  Honestly I had a hard time understanding them, but since the father tells them to shut up because he wouldn't understand either, this is probably what was called for in this special case. So: good call yet again.

One more play in the box. :9:

Still outstanding:

1) Nastya needs to edit her play The Vampire Cat
2) Tomas needs to edit his play The Far-Away Princess
3) James needs to PL sections, record his role and later edit A Day Well-Spent. I'm opting for releasing Philip's role in this play, so we can finish this as well.

We're so close guys !

Update! I have finished my rough cut of "The Far-Away Princess," and I should have it finalized tonight and ready for Sonia to PL tomorrow. :) That means one more play will be done.

P.S. I remember Nastiya said she gave "The Vampire Cat" to someone else to edit, but it seems apparent now that whoever it was isn't going to do it. Maybe we have to ask her if she is able. :? Also, orphaning Philip's role now and advertising in the Orphaned Dramatic Projects/Parts thread will help us find a new reader sooner.

MW is all updated now with the readers assigned to their respective plays.

Only the three unedited plays are still left to be updated, I do that once they are finished.

Looks good so far. :D

I PMed Nastya about the Vampire Cat.

Thank you Sonia!! :9: I had indeed gotten some practice with poetry, but I found that it was a whole different matter to edit a play, and get the flow of conversation going (especially with interrupting stage directions!)

I had a blast editing it, I had great material to work with after all--you guys made me laugh! Thanks Ryan, Maria, and Philip!

I saw your post in the Orphaned Chapters section - would be happy to take up Peter if nobody else has claimed!

Thank you! Someone will add you to the MW and you can submit your recording whenever it's ready!

Cast list has also been updated at the top of the page. I guess it's ready to insert now, as all roles are final.
