You must register separately from your Librivox forum account. If you can please follow the Wiki conventions (FirstnameLastname) for your usernames. If you're not familiar with a wiki, it's basically a collaborative site which allows all the users to edit and create pages. We hope that it'll be easier to find answers to a lot of the questions we tend to ask, without having to dig through the now massive forum.
So sign up and help out if you can. But if you feel uncomfortable, at least you can go there to see if you're questions have been answered. If they aren't addressed, post them in the Help section and maybe hint to us that it'd be a really great article to have on the wiki!
If you're working on the wiki, the built in help sections are pretty good, but if something doesn't make sense, ask me, and I will try as the wiki knave to sort it out. Eventually I guess we'll try to make some formatting templates so stuff looks consistent. But we haven't figured out a good look and feel yet, so if you come up with a fabulous design, we may just steal it! (Remember everything Librivox is public domain
