Hi Tracy,
PL Note: just a reminder.
1 tech issue, 1 slight editing
1-At the end please remove:
"End of Lives Of The Most Remarkable Criminals Who have been Condemned and Executed for Murder, the Highway, Housebreaking, Street Robberies, Coining or other offences, Volume 1 by Arthur L. Hayward. This is only included in the last sect.
2- Your volume is 80.9, it is low, it falls outside of the target range (86–92 dB).
You can increase the volume in Audacity.

Hi Lynne,
I've got a date in section 35 at the end: "8th day of February, 1722-3". Should the year be read as "1722 to 3"? It's a bit odd.
Thanks.
Elizabeth

I agree, it's strange. My understanding would be 1722 or 3 -- maybe the original record wasn't clear. I'd say an execution lasting from February 1722 until any time in 1723 would be cruel and unusual punishment!
