All corrections fine except for one.

silence at end goes from 12:06 - 12:20 should be 5 seconds

Hi Sue,
one more to finish this off for the old year!
We talked about this before, this is the introductory section to this project, that I will cut out so it's only Tesla's writing there.
"Nikola Tesla the Man"
by Hugo Gernsback
from Electrical Experimenter Feb. 1919 (page 19)
http://electricalexperimenter.com/n10electricalexperi06gern.pdf
read by kaneyoto
https://librivox.org/uploads/knotyouraveragejo/snf062_teslatheman_gernsback_km_128kb.mp3
Length 4:32
File is PL OK in principle, but I changed the intro/outro a bit to conform to the standards of the NF Collection. Just in case you'd like to check.
Thank you so much for taking this!

Hi Dale and Availle, Thanks for these. Craig, I've marked Tesla PL OK. It's an interesting character study, and I'm glad to include it in volume 62.
Here in the Midwest USA this morning, bright sun, 16 degrees, a quarter inch of iridescent snow frosting my driveway and tiny animal footprints looping in a graceful ark, out of the shrubbery onto the snow, as if checking it out, and then looping back under the bushes again for shelter.
Happy New Year to all!

Thanks for the information about John Sargent's paintings Sue Only one error noted.
4:22 It is as if painting were pure tact of vision, a simple manner of feeling. You read fact
The Portrait of a Lady is a novel by Henry James, first published as a serial in The Atlantic Monthly and Macmillan's Magazine in 1880–81 and then as a book in 1881.

Hi Craig, So, your opinion is that it is "tact of vision"...? In the faded print from which I read on the computer the top of the letter "t" (or is it a "f") was missing. I was hesitant at the time which letter it was, even after I enlarged the print on my screen, so I recorded it both ways and held the "tact of vision" version in reserve. However, "tact of vision" didn't make sense to me, so I opted for "fact of vision." I suppose I should hunt around on the internet for a clearer copy of the article and see which it really is. Does "tact of vision" make sense to you?soupy wrote: ↑December 30th, 2018, 8:17 am Thanks for the information about John Sargent's paintings Sue Only one error noted.

Edit: Craig, I'll send up the revision shortly! From the Oxford Eng. Dictionary: "tact" "Now rare: A keen faculty of perception or ability to make fine distinctions likened to the sense of touch." I located a cleaner copy of the text and I can see the slight curve at the bottom of the letter "t". The "f" has a flat line at the bottom. https://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=mdp.39015056091153;view=1up;seq=692

Rats!! I just finished one, and found that in the couple of days it took, the 'book' filled up.
Could someone listen to this, and tell me if there is anywhere else on LV this might fit. I would hate to have to 'trash' it after all the work I did.

The LV link is uploaded.
Thanks. I also have a couple of others that sounded interesting, of the non-fiction genre. Any ideas?
Wayne

Hi Wayne:
I am NOT Librivox. I am just someone who reads stuff for them. But my experience is that there will be another Non-Fiction collection starting as soon as this one is finished. (Someone has to catalogue it and make it ready for people to download.) Check back in about a week. I have another one for that collection too.
Good Luck
Dale G.
