Hi Carolin

I have just finished 'The King of Macaroon Land'. I checked it with Checker software so it is at least acceptable. I just uploaded it here:

https://librivox.org/uploads/carolin/meadowsprite_02_schottenfels_128kb.mp3

It runs for 13:05 mm:ss

Hope I got everything right.

James

Hi James!

Chapter 2 is PL OK!

As this is a Standard PL, and not a Word Perfect PL, I left some words that you substituted that did not change the meaning of the story (such as "said" instead of "declared" in the text). Just thought I would let you know to watch for those when you are listening back to the recording yourself prior to submitting it for PL as it is best to change them at that time if you can catch them. :)

Hi Lynda

Thank you for doing the PL for me. I had a couple of attempts at it because I was not happy with the quality of the first recording and bought a better microphone. I was surprised at how many errors I made and spent a lot of time editing - good job I started with a short piece :)

Thank you for your advice I will be more careful in future

Greg - please go ahead and record the Orphaned section.

I will then PL it as I really should just be DPL'ing....

That is better than me recording it and Carolin having to PL :)
