you're so right, Todd, this could have been a stand-alone, most of the previous plot is revealed through the discussions, so people would understand the situation even if they only heard this act. And I don't mind listening out of order anyway.
This is a grand act, everybody was playing their roles to perfection and it's skillfully assembled.

I would only suggest (you knew I would
) a few cuttings for the stage directions, in places where they are not needed and where I think the pacing of the dialogue should not be interrupted, to make it more fluent:

at 6:37: “Avonia, shrilly” – Leanne is shrill enough in her reply and it makes the dialogue pace smoother
>
at 8:19: “Drawing a long breath” – Tomas gives us a nice long breath here
>
at 8:35: “Tom, testily” - it would flow better without interruption
>
at 30:33: “Tom, quietly”
>
at 50:08: “Imogen, shrilly”
>
at 54:41: “Imogen, shrilly” – this definitely needs to be cut, so the "No – No - Yes!" comes as rapid-fire for perfect comedic effect
