Hi Sorry for the late reply. I recorded a test reading but I can't figure out how and where should I upload it. I received your message and it's ok if you give the part to others

Chapter 10 - please trim the beginning to no more than 1 second, it almost 1.5 seconds currently (other than that - both a perfect reading, loved your voices for the animals!!).
Such great readings!
Here ya go, sorry it took a while to respond.

Did you by chance upload your old file instead of the new?jngraber wrote: ↑November 15th, 2018, 11:48 am https://librivox.org/uploads/lynnet/kiddiekatydid_12_bailey_.mp3
Chapter 12 4:46
I believe I have fixed what needed to be done. If it needs anything else just let me know.
Thanks, Jill
Chapter 12 4:33
I rerecorded with a different computer since I couldn't get rid of the back ground noise. I also already did one round of noise reduction. I don't hear anything on this recording. I'm using my iphone earbuds to listen. If I should be using some other type of earbuds or head phones just let me know.
Thanks, Jill

I've marked this Ready for PL, Jill, since it's a new recording.
Thanks for your work on this.

Chapter 11:
Please trim end silence to 5 seconds, there is currently 6.5 seconds.
Very nice reading Jyothi! I would like to give you a little advice on future recordings. The first is be careful on some plosives on words beginning with the letter "w", it wasn't on all of them, but you may have been a little too close to the microphone. One thing you can do is move the mic outside the stream of breath, either above, below or beside it. The other is there is some very low background noise, but it sounds like it might be horn beeping in traffic or a loud bird?? I'm not complete sure. It's sort of a high pitched noise. Try to make sure that your recording area is as silent as possible.
