Chapter 6 - Spot PL - OK! One note, don't worry about it on this one because you're fine, but be mindful of overly long pauses from the disclaimers to the body of the recording both at the beginning and ends. I would say that they are skating right on the line of it being a little too long and leaving the reader hanging. Again, don't worry about it on this one, but think about it for the next ones you do. Great job on the reading though!!

Hi Jngraber, I am still hearing the same issues, loud background noise hum and Present instead of Pleasant. Did you by chance upload your old file instead of the new?

Hi Ivan! Thank you for your Chapters! There are just a few things to correct:

Chapter 14:
0:18- Missing part of disclaimer, after Librivox.org, should read "The Tale of Kiddie Katydid, by Arthur Scott Bailey, then the Chapter name. Like this:
"Chapter 14 of The Tale of Kiddie Katydid. This is a LibriVox recording. All LibriVox recordings are in the public domain. For more information, or to volunteer, please visit: librivox DOT org. The Tale of Kiddie Katydid, by Arthur Scott Bailey. Kiddie Keeps His Promise"

Also, there are several places where there are noises in the recording where you may have hit the microphone or something, I wouldn't say they are terrible, and if there had only been one or two, I wouldn't mention them, but there throughout the recording, you can hear them at the very beginning, :17.5, :21.5, :33, 1:08.5, 1:17.5, 1:48.5, 2:11.5, 3:49, 4:27.5, 4:48, 5:04.5, 5:31.5, 5:36 - they are quite distinctive on the audio file, so you should be able to see them, and be able to silence them by highlighting that spot and hitting the silence audio button (assuming you're using Audacity).

2:07 - Stumble on the word 'Me" in "Don't you worry about me!"
2:53 - Stumble on the word "head" in "you could stick your head under water"
3:45 - Stumble on the word "flatly" in "Kiddie declined flatly"
4:34 - Incorrect word: read "before he came back in," should be "before he came back again."
Please trim end to no more than 5 seconds, there is 6.5
