P.S. My sister's bookbinding website is here at Some Odd Pages, if you'd like to take a peek at what sort of things a bookbinder might do nowadays.

I love books and what I hear you reading is almost painful at times.

Thank you Maria! I listened to the last two just yesterday (PL OK of course, had to laugh about some of his opinions on the bookworm!).
I still have a few holey socks that require my attention, so I'll get back to you shortly.
Edit: PL OK on section 8 as well! This wasn't as bad as I had imagined from what he had to say in chapter 1. I do like the Dante imagery he is conjuring up though

Thank you, Ava! Yes, he seemed to be very opinionated about both bookworms and bookbinders!Availle wrote: ↑December 29th, 2018, 1:17 am Thank you Maria! I listened to the last two just yesterday (PL OK of course, had to laugh about some of his opinions on the bookworm!).

He does protest too much about curious women meddling with his library to dust it - I wouldn't say Bluebeard's secret was entirely innocent as he claims!
Well, that wraps up this little project! Thank you for helping me through it!

For a moment I was wondering if he was talking about a different Bluebeard...
Final chapters PL OK! Thanks for reading this, this was fun!

Thank you, Ava!
It's an hour and a half to midnight here, so we're watching some "Dr Who" and waiting for the stroke of twelve to ring the doorbell, throw some confetti, and shout "Happy New Year". I guess it's already tomorrow morning where you are, so I'll wish you a Happy New Year already!
And Happy New Year to you also in Australia, Anne!
EDITED TO ADD:
I see that this has already begun to go into the catalog! Thank you, Anne! I just posted the cover over in the covers thread.

I had it ready to send and asked Ava to hit the button if it was PL OK - I've now finished and added the cover. It gets us off to a good start for 2019 as it seems to use my time in the catalogue so I have 2 catalogued for this year already . Both non-fiction which is good, adds to my listening list. Hope you are having a good celebration and best wishes for the new year
Anne
