At about 7:30-7:45, there is a repeat: "Mr. Pinero's habit has ever been to follow, rather than to lead."

I'm moving and may not have good enough internet connections to get to the MW. Maybe. We'll see. If necessary I'll get another admin to jump in and help.

Thanks, Todd

Not that I'm aware. There just hasn't been much reader interest so far.

You are correct - project is OPEN but there is little interest. Don't know why not, we've done a number of his plays and have 2 of them running now...

I can't promise anything as I'm ill at the moment but if I recover OK in a few days I might be able to do one or two sections.

I thought I might take on section 11 - Mr Pinero's actors. It's only 2600 odd words - but I can't be sure when I will start it or how long it might take me. I usually do something like this in a day or so but at present I'm not sure if I can even start recording. So if that's OK and you can bear with me I will see how things go.

Thanks.

I've noticed some errors in the text. I think I can guess the correct wording but can't be certain.

However, more worrying, I've noticed that the writer Fyfe, died in 1951 and so I am wondering if he is yet PD in the UK? I've only recorded a couple of minutes so far but would hate to find later that I can't record it as he is not PD.

Drat. You are correct, probably not PD for you. I missed that - the template generator didn't include the warning and I forgot to add it.

(I have no real understanding of The Rule of the Shorter Term, but Fyfe's book was published in London so I think that makes it moot anyhow.)

Thanks, Todd
