I heard from Larry and for now he would like to hold his claims. He thinks he can finish by the end of the month. If not, the unfinished claims will be released.

Hi linny,

Sorry for not replying earlier, I have seen your notes, just give me time to the end of this week and I will make amends. Sorry to keep you waiting.

Hi linny,

I tried doing the amends you requested but I'm not so good at editing and I couldn't convert my file from Mp3Gain to mp3 so that I could upload it. Also, I don't know if my editing didn't ruin my recording a bit, so I think I will just redo the whole recording and I will send it to you, most likely this week or at the beginning of next week. Is that alright? Sorry again for the delay.

Julianna,
I suppose that's ok. I really do suggest you try to improve editing. Recording an entire section over for a couple of edits is actually more time consuming. You can always get help in the forums. If you use Audacity you can get a lot of help but there is generally someone that can walk you through editing for any program. viewforum.php?f=23

Hi Michael,
Before you read for a project please complete the test recording. It's to make sure all of your settings are correct before you read a longer section.

There is a lot of information for new readers here: https://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/Newbie_Guide_to_Recording

Instructions for the test are here: https://wiki.librivox.org/index.php/Newbie_Guide_to_Recording#Preliminary_Test
Please be sure to post in Listeners Wanted viewforum.php?f=21
Be sure to check back here once you get the ok.

Reluctantly, I must relinquish my remaining sections in this project due to unexpected time limitations.

Hi Michael,
Thank you for your section. I'll give it a listen today. Please check back for any PL notes.

Here is your catalog page: https://librivox.org/reader/12868 I find the link "Reader section details" to be very useful.
