Hello everyone!

Our exhibition is approaching (way too quickly) and we still lack a few readers. I apologise if we haven´t communicated perfectly with all of you, but there´s been so much going on at the same time.

We really need some male readers right now, preferable native English speakers, British or American, the older the better. The audio quality doesn´t have to be professional, but should be pretty decent. Do anyone feel that they fit this description? Or perhaps some of you have tips of other readers on here that I could message directly?

Also, if you are a female reader with an accent, please reply. We still need a huge variety of voices, it´s just that we mostly got women so far.

Cool! I've already sent away for a decent microphone, and am going to see if I can resurrect an old Mbox and Protools setup that's stashed away in the apartment somewhere. :D

I have a low, pleasant voice and a neutral, fairly malleable accent that people in other countries often have a hard time placing at first. I'm new to Librivox, and just had my first recording approved: https://librivox.org/uploads/maryannspiegel/swanhilde_12_hauff_128kb.mp3

Hello! You are not too late. We are still very much looking for readers for the film that will be exhibited on October 20th. Here is a link to the show:

I like your voice and accent, but as with a few other people your low audio quality could be an issue. Would it be possible for you to improve on this?

Thank´s for showing interest!

Last chance to participate in what will become a great film and a great exhibition in Stockholm!

Here is what we still need:

3 mature male voices, native British or native American accents
1 female voice, young or old, British accent
1 mature female voice, native American accent
1 voice, male or female, eastern European accent

All readers will of course be credited in the movie.

Hi Torfinn

Happy to help if it's not too late. Neutral (BBC) British mature male voice.

Cheers, Chris.

It looks as if Tor-Finn and his colleague managed to get this project finished. The film is going to be shown on the 20th October. I don't know whether it's going to go on youtube eventually.

He said he would send me a link "shortly". :D

I'll adapt the title of this thread so that people know there are no more volunteers needed.

It seems that Torfinn is very busy, so I'll post instead:

The film is finished, and a trailer is available on vimeo:

I have no idea where this is going though. Only the very last second or two have anything to do with what I was reading... :hmm:
