It's okay. I can't get my act together on this one here either I'm afraid...

It's a bit noisy as I used the small interface but with more noise reduction I didn't like my voice :?

Hi Monika,
You did a really nice job. I have one small correction and then this section will be PL OK.

8:35 repeat – although the currents through them were heavy

I do notice the higher background noise. It isn’t distracting enough that the section wouldn’t be PL OK. If you use Audacity, and ever want to look at improving the noise without disturbing your voice this video showing the use of the spectrum analyzer helped me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NzVxubRO4gI

Hi everyone,

I've had a lot going on with my life lately as I'm just finishing up my studies to be a public school teacher.
I was scanning Libri-Vox for the first time in a while and I was pleasantly surprised to see that Nikola Tesla's Autobiography is still in the works.
When I was living in Korea I was surprised to find out about the conflicting history about his autobiography and the different versions of this very interesting person.
After searching a lot online, I concluded that Tesla was a brilliant, yet often misunderstood individual who was wrongly put to the margins by people with more influence.
A lot of our modern technologies have some part of Tesla in them, and I'm so happy that you have all decided to continue writing this original work that stems from his original submissions to the magazine.

Thank you , thank you, thank you :)

The history of science shows that theories are perishable. With every new truth that is revealed we get a better understanding of Nature and our conceptions and views are modified. -Nikola Tesla

Thank you Linny, I'll take a look hopefully tomorrow. And thank you for the reminder that spectrum analyzer exists :) I normally use it with the equalizer of the software I am recording in, I'll play around with the numbers a bit.

You're welcome. Thank you for that project - it isn't easy to read but I think the physicists will be grateful.

Hello Ava,
I'm not sure when you will be able to record but I wanted to give you a heads up. After 6.5 months away my husband has 3 weeks leave at home beginning this Friday.

I know it's standard PL but the page layouts are a bit confusing so I like to follow along for this project. Since I follow along it takes a bit more time to PL and it might take me longer than usual to get to it.

If you were hoping for heading to the catalog by the end of the year I'll look for someone to back me up in case I need help. Just let me know. Thank you.

Thanks for the nudge, I mean: the heads up LInny

Yes, I did want to finish this by the end of the year and things seem to have slowed down a little right now, thank goodness. I'll do my very best on this one, thanks for your patience! :D
Cheers, Ava.

Just to keep things public, I've claimed the abandoned section. ;)

I might be able to record it tomorrow, depending on whether I have to go in to work or not.
